Havent updated for awhile.
Fitness wise things are going good. weight is 182ish.
Maintaining weight with low carb food choices and exercise.
Exercise is generally made up of two work outs a day, in the morning either spin classes or circuit training. Evening work out is swimming. I suck at swimming, so Id rather talk about the spin class.
Spinning hurts. Its really hard and you sweat like a pig.
If your a guy, the first thing you notice when you walk in is that you are likely the only guy in the room.
The room will be full of women, of all ages, and types, dressed in tight workout gear. You will probably think this is pretty cool. You will think so right up until the class starts.
As soon as the class starts you will forget about women, spandex and all of the other distractions in the room. You will only think about how much it hurts, how much air you need, and how bad you want to stop.
What kind of torture chamber could cause a healthy man to completely forget about the desire to reproduce?
